Our CEO, a Visionary with a rich experience of 26 years to his Credit is amongst the first few in India to Venture into the field of Information Technology, and has since been actively involved with the IT Industry.

He has undergone several Training Programmes in Technology and Management from reputed Institutes / Organizations like :

  • Indian Institute Of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
  • Society for Worlwide Inter Bank Financial Telecommunication (S.W.I.F.T). Training Center in Hong Kong.
  • Citibank's Regional Training Center, Singapore.
  • Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, MHOW.
He started his career as a President's Commissioned Naval Officer in 1971. In his tenure of 16 years with the Indian Navy, before he took his premature retirement, he held various prestigious appointments like:
  • Assistant Director of Personnel (EDP) - Naval Headquarters, New Delhi.
  • Operations Manager (EDP) - Naval Dockyard, Mumbai.
  • Systems Manager (EDP) - Naval Dockyard, Mumbai.

He started B V Links in 1989 and in September 2000 launched his operations in USA, operating out of Seattle under the name of Ceresphere Inc.

Some of his Assignments include:

  • Managing Partner - Ceresphere Inc. U.S.A.
  • Country Consultant - SWIFT, Belgium.
  • Data Center Manager - Citibank.
  • Chief Consultant - Leading IT / Management Firms, providing services Globally.
He has incorporated the discipline and professionalism of the Defence Forces to the Organization and also put to practice the knowledge and creativity he has gained to bring up B V Links to the special place it has, in the eyes of its Clients today.

His team consists of dedicated trained Professionals, MBAs (Marketing, International Business, Systems and Human Resources), Engineers (Computer Science, Electrical) and Post Graduates in Commerce, who continuously work to match the requirements of the Clients, adhering to the quality norms set by the organization.
